RET Australia has a simple, paper based STC claim process for all residential/domestic system owners who wish to claim back the STC rebate.

If you have purchased a solar power (PV) or solar hot water or heat pump hot water system and paid full price for that system without receiving a Point of Sale discount from the solar retailer, STC’s can be claimed easily by filling out one of our STC Assignment forms

Simply download or print off the relevant form, complete it in full and provide the “Compliance documents” listed at the top of the page.

Once you have all of the information, email it to admin@retaustralia.com.au and our staff will check the application swiftly and lodge it with the Clean Energy Regulator for approval.

Once approved, RET Australia will pay the agreed financial benefit amount into your nominated bank account within 24 hours of the approval being received!
